Return Policy

Rbdelaa™ accepts eligible return requests within 14 days after delivery. To request a return, customers must contact us at service@rbdelaa.com before sending any item back.

To qualify for return review, the product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, clean, complete, and returned in its original packaging. All manuals, mounting parts, accessories, screws, shades, decorative pieces, remote controls, and original materials must be included.

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Installed lighting fixtures
  • Used or modified products
  • Items with missing parts or damaged packaging
  • Products damaged by improper installation
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Clearance or final sale items, if marked as such
  • Customized or special-order items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue. This helps our team review the case and provide a suitable solution.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. The time needed for funds to appear may depend on the customer’s bank, card provider, or payment method.

Please do not return any item to the sender address on the package unless our support team confirms it in writing.
