Shipping Policy

Rbdelaa™ ships eligible online orders to supported delivery locations. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier service, weather, public holidays, local delivery operations, and other conditions outside our direct control.

Order Processing
Most orders are prepared within 1–5 business days after order confirmation. Orders are generally not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after shipment. Some packages may arrive earlier or later depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping Cost
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed. Customers are responsible for reviewing the order total, shipping address, and delivery details before placing an order.

Tracking Information
When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email. Please allow time for the tracking link to update after shipment.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable for delivery, the package may be delayed, returned, or lost. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be delivered in separate packages due to product size, warehouse location, stock availability, or carrier requirements.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact service@rbdelaa.com with your order number and tracking details. For damaged deliveries, please include photos of the product, outer packaging, shipping label, and visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assist where possible, but carrier delays and external shipping conditions may be outside our direct control.
